• Vizcaya is open daily from 9:30am to 4:30pm, and closed on Tuesdays • Please call or email supplier 48 hours prior to reconfirm tour details • Present your voucher to the representative upon pickup Your museum admission tickets will be emailed to you directly, please provide an email address upon confirmation • No show is non-refundable Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

Gray Line Miami provides bus pickup service from selected hotels in Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. If your hotel is not listed, please choose the nearest available option. Hotel pickups occur between 9.30am and 9.40am, with each location assigned a specific pickup time. Important: Passengers must wait outside the hotel at the main entrance for pickup.
