For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Your local contact is PROFI DRIVER • Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait time after your landing time. • Our chauffeur will wait 60 minutes after landing time. If you dont show up after this time, and you did not notify us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged. We monitor all the incoming flights, so we are updated with any delays or early arrivals. In case of a cancelled flight, your transfer will be automatically cancelled, free of charge. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. • If there is a problem finding our chauffeur please contact the phone number showed in your Vaucher.
