We recommend to bring a towel with you and comfortable close shoe, you must use biodegradable sunblock. Due to our commitment to nature we recommend our travelers use biodegradable products The experience is so incredible that it takes you to live the Mayan jungle in its three terrains, in the air, in the water, and on land. Pickup Information

If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.

Weight limit restriction is strictly observed.

Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.

While participating in the activity, you cannot bring cameras of any kind, drones, or valuables things.

It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, closed shoes, bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen and repellent, sunglasses and bandana.

Maximum weight 300 pounds for ATV´s and 270 pounds for ziplines

In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.
