Redemption Instructions

- For security reasons, it is not allowed to use cell phones or any other electronic device during the activities. - You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email including the SPAM folder. - If you do not receive the email with the pick-up details, you must contact us 24 hours before your tour and we will be happy to help you, or contact your travel agent, due to our logistics we will not be able to help you resolve last-minute pick-up situations on the same day of your tour. - If we do not have pick-up availability at your accommodation, you will be assigned the meeting point closest to your hotel. - Pickup time is set according to your location and tour availability - Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the One Cancun centro Hotel. - Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras: There is no pick-up at any hotel, you can get to the park on your own or meet us at the meeting point outside Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, in any case, you must contact us for the details. - We do not offer pick-up service at any airbnb or private addresses. - We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items.

The meeting point is at Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen. - Pickup times are based on your location and tour availability. - Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pickup location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned a meeting point at the One Cancun Centro. - For the Playa del Carmen area, reservations are subject to availability. - Depending on availability and the area of your hotel, the schedule may change. - We do not offer pickup services from any Airbnb or private addresses.
