Redemption Instructions

Accademia and Uffizi Mobile-Guided Visit: - Accademia: 08:15am aAt the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti. Our Assistant waits for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour and Gray Line Logos. From November to March: check in time 8:45am - entrance time 9:00am - Uffizi tickets will be sent digitally by email or WhatsApp for easier entry. Participants have to download the APP, called POP-Guide, on their smartphone, from the APP store before the Tour, any way before arriving at the first meeting point. You will receive the APP code, one day before the booked date, by email or WhatsApp, or from our Assistant. It is mandatory to present an original identity document. It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time.
