For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
• The supplier will contact you the day BEFORE your scheduled tour date between 5-7 PM with pick-up time and location via email and text message. If you booked past the 7pm or the day of the tour, you will be text and emailed by the supplier well in advance of your scheduled tour. • Please Note: EVEN IF YOUR HOTEL IS LISTED, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL. This ensures pick-up times are kept to a minimum • Hotel pick-ups can start up to 30 minutes BEFORE the listed departure times. Please refer to text message and/or email that was sent by the tour company for pickup time and location. • If you are staying in the Downtown (Fremont Street) area, please select a hotel on the Strip to be picked up from. Treasure Island is the closest and does have free parking if you have a rental. • If you have a walker or wheelchair, you must contact the supplier prior to the tour pick-up date, as they will have to make accommodations • Luggage and coolers are not allowed on the tour due to security at the Hoover Dam, however backpacks are allowed • For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, alcohol and drugs are not permitted to be consumed during the tour • Supplier is unable to accommodate mobility scooters, wheelchairs or walkers. Arriving to your tour with any of these will result in a denial of boarding
Pickup Information
Please note that for 12 PM tours, the actual start time may be up to 30 minutes later than scheduled. If this applies to your tour, you will be notified in advance. While you may have selected your hotel during booking, this does not guarantee pickup directly from that location. You may be asked to go to a nearby hotel instead. This helps reduce delays and avoid traffic congestion along the Strip. The hotel you select is used only to help us determine the closest pickup point. Pickup begins about 30 minutes prior to the listed tour departure time. You will receive a confirmation via email and text message from the tour operator with your exact pickup time and location. These final details are sent the evening before your tour, between 6 PM and 8 PM PST. If you require a walker or wheelchair, you must contact the supplier ahead of your pickup date to ensure the necessary accommodations are made please mention it in "notes" when booking . Sorry but NO mobility scooters or any other motorized apparatus. Only Folding wheel chairs or walkers, due to space … For security reasons at the Hoover Dam, luggage and large coolers are not allowed on the tour. Guests who arrive with prohibited items may be denied boarding. However, regular-size backpacks are permitted. Most hotels will allow you to check your luggage with the bell desk or front desk at no charge if you are a guest.
