Redemption Instructions

IMPORTANT: If you have not provided your Cruise Ship information and phone number during checkout, you must contact the operator with this information. The tour operator is not liable if you do not reach out to us to provide this information. DAY OF TRAVEL: PLEASE BE AT YOUR DEPARTURE LOCATION 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME. We depart promptly on time, no refunds will be permitted if you arrive late. If you are not able to find your representative, please call 907-209-8686. OTHER: If anyone in the party has mobility restrictions or devices we need to be notified in advanced. Pick Up Options: Please make sure that the tour operator knows which cruise ship you are arriving on, so that they have staff members present to meet you at your dock.

Pickup Information

Upon booking, please make sure that you provide the SPECIFIC name of the Cruise ship that you will be arriving on. There are five docks in Juneau, and we will expect to pick you up from YOUR dock. We must know where to pick you up from ahead of time, as we only have representatives available to meet at docks where we have guests scheduled. This is crucial information for the day of your tour. Cruise ship pick-up Instructions: • We pick up directly from YOUR cruise ship dock in Juneau. No need to walk into town (or take a shuttle)! • The local representative for your tour will be wearing bright orange and carrying an orange flag holding a blue “Harv and Marv's” sign OR and orange “Alaska Galore Tours” sign.. • Meet on the main boardwalk/sidewalk in front of your ship on the dock. • DO NOT GO TO THE TRAM - stay at your ships gangway. • Meeting time is 15 minutes BEFORE your tour departure time. If you cannot locate your representative, stay put and call our DISPATCH/TRANSPORT Staff. Any changes to your pick up location must be handled at least 24 hours in advance, and the tour provider must be contacted. If NOT arriving on a cruise ship, please contact us directly for options. We are happy to provide specifics on an Alaskan State Museum pick-up, or offer instructions on meeting us directly at our dock (Statter Harbor). Please be sure to bring these instructions with you on the day of your tour!
