Pickup Information

The tour departs from most Cancun Hotel Zone and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a central meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If your hotel is not listed please leave us a note with your hotels name, to establish pickup time. Should you need to reschedule your activity, please inform Extreme Adventure as soon as possible, as the tour sells out quickly.

Minimum age to drive ATV shared with an adult: 16 years old

Minimum age to drive ATV single mode: 18 years old

Maximum weight allowed on the ziplines is 120 kg or 265 lb.

Maximum waist size allowed on the ziplines 1.24 m / 49 in.

Kids aged 4–15 ride as passengers only (seated behind an adult driver 18+). They cannot drive the ATV.

Based on international safety standards and to ensure the physical safety of visitors, the use of cameras and cell phones are not permitted during our adventure activities.

Minimum age to participate is 4 years old. Minimum height required is 1 metre (3.28 ft).
