You must present the coupon that will be sent by WhatsApp and/or email 1 day before the activity. Likewise, the option will be given to take the coupon to your hotel, this to avoid confusion at the time of pick up Don't forget to show your ID to validate the reservation. NOTE: Only in the case of travelers who are in Cancun

Not all hotels are pick up, it is important to check at the time of booking, in case of being on an Airbnb or others, a hotel or starting point will be established as a reference. NOTE: The price could increase from 10 - 15 dollars being a hotel in Puerto Juarez and Riviera Maya (Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Tulum)
