Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

You must contact Travstore Travel Management at least 12 hours before your activity date to confirm your reservation. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher. Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your confirmation/voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. NOTE:- An additional surcharge of THB 200 per person will be charged for hotel pick ups outside city areas, payable directly to the driver on the day of the tour. If you do not want hotel pick-up,meet us at Saphan Taksin Pier, located at Saphan Taksin BTS Station. Your guide will be waiting for you wearing a Travstore T-shirt.

Pickup Information

Pick-up Van will wait for maximum 15 minutes. Pick-up once missed will not be arranged again. As this is a shared transfer, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick up route.
