Redemption Instructions

- After having an exact weather forecast, we will inform you of the exact flight time the day before your flight - If for some reason you havent received the flight time by 4pm the day before the flight, please reach out to us! - If you have booked last minute outside our office hours, we will send you the flight confirmation the morning of your flight before 10am - The maximum weight per passenger to fly is 130kg (286lb). If you are more than 110kg (242lb) you need to book two seats (or pay a surcharge at the heliport) - Please be at the heliport 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time for check-in - The seat allocation in the helicopter will be done by the staff after checkin to balance the helicopter
