Redemption Instructions

After your purchase you will receive in your email a QR code to ride the bus. The bus ticket can be activated any day, being valid for 24/48/72 hours in a row. Departure Times: 10:30 AM / 1:00 PM / 3:00 PM / 5:30 PM // From Puerto Madero to La Boca: Cecilia Grierson 400 (near bus stop 9). Departure Times: 9:30 AM / 11:30 AM / 2:00 PM / 4:00 PM River Museum: Av. Pres. Figueroa Alcorta 7509, near stop 19 (Monumental). The River Plate Museum is open from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Express visits to the stands are available at the following times: 11:15 a.m. / 1:15 p.m. / 3:15 p.m. / 5:30 p.m. Boca Museum: Brandsen 805, near stop 5 (Bombonera). The Boca Museum is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This is necessary because the QR code is automatically issued with each new reservation and if you modify your existing one, you will not receive the updated QR.

If you have a confirmed reservation and wish to add more passengers, we kindly ask that you make a new reservation for the additional people instead of modifying the existing one. This is necessary because the QR code is automatically generated with each reservation. If the original reservation is modified, the QR code will not update to reflect the new number of passengers.

The walking tour is a free and optional activity that operates on a voluntary payment system for the guide. To reconfirm the schedule for each tour, please contact the guide on board the bus. To participate, you must arrive at the corresponding stop. It is subject to weather and operating conditions. No refund will be issued if the tour is not taken.

Important notice: Due to public works and associated road closures, bus stops 16 (Costanera Norte), 17 (Monumento Cristóbal Colón), and 18 (Parque de la Memoria) are suspended indefinitely. These stops will resume service once traffic returns to normal in the area.
