Contacts: WhatsApp: (+54 11) 5239-8206 // 24-hour Emergencies: (+54 11) 4193 6473 // Email: care@graylineargentina.com To access the service, you must first download the 'Buenos Aires City Bus' app to your mobile device, available on Google Play and the App Store. Once the app is downloaded, enter your reservation number to obtain the corresponding QR codes (one per passenger). These QR codes serve as access tickets and must be presented when boarding the bus. We recommend downloading the app in advance and connecting to a Wi-Fi network to pre-download the audio guide and map, allowing you to use these features during the trip even without an internet connection. From the app, you can check the real-time location of the buses, access information about all stops, and use the audio guide. Important: the mobile device and headphones are not included in the service. The audio guide plays directly from the app, so you must have your own mobile phone and bring your own headphones.
