Pickup Information

All arriving passengers into Brisbane Airport are to proceed to the information counter where check in will occur with the Con-X-ion attendant. Passengers will then be directed to their departing shuttle. If you are unable to locate the information counter, please ask one of the airport ambassadors for assistance, otherwise please phone us with the number on your reservation instructions. Please endeavor to check in 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to ensure the service can leave on time.

Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day and arrive on a delayed flight therefore missing their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Your local tour operator is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the local tour operator and you will be put you on the next available service.
