Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

- For security reasons it is not allowed to use the cell phone or any other electronic device during activities. - The pick-up time will be received one day before the tour, each hotel has a different schedule. We ask you to wait patiently for information during the afternoon, because in the morning our team is working on the logistics of the current day. Please check your email, including the SPAM folder. - If you do not receive the mail with the collection details you must contact us 24 hours before your tour and we will be happy to help you, or contact your travel agent, due to our logistics we will not be able to help you resolve last minute collection situations on the same day of your tour. - If we do not have pick-up availability from your accommodation you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel. - Pick-up time is set according to your location and tour availability Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the One Cancun Centro Hotel. - Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras : There is no pick up from any hotel, you can reach the park on your own or meet us at the meeting point outside Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen, in any case, you will need to contact us to give you details. - We do not offer pickup service at any airbnb or private addresses. We are not responsible for forgotten or lost objects.

- Pickup time will be received one day before the tour, each hotel has a different pickup time, please check your mail including SPAM folder. - If we do not have pick-up availability from your accommodation you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel. - Meeting points for travellers on airbnb, hotels outside our pick-up area or any other location we cannot reach: - Meeting point in Cancun: outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel on Tulum Avenue - Meeting point in Playa del Carmen : Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen - Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras : There is no pick up from any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point is in Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen. - Pickup time is set according to your location and tour availability. Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the One Cancun Center. - For the Playa del Carmen area reservations are subject to availability. - Depending on availability and area of your hotel hours may change. - We do not offer pickup service at any airbnb or private addresses.
