Please wait at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the departure time and note that, traffic can be unpredictable in the morning during rush hour. Please allow extra time for travel.

Redemption Instructions

1. TOUR GUIDE SPEAKS ENGLISH ONLY but we have AUDIO GUIDE IN 28 LANGUAGES available for everyone via QR-code and you can listen from your phone. 2. If you booked with "Meeting Point Option" You don't need to wait for a pick-up time email. You can go directly to the meeting point at 8:30. The bus leaves on time, so please arrive 15 minutes early. The location is shown in the application. *Please be aware that traffic in Bangkok can be very busy, so plan to arrive at the meeting point with extra time. *Guests who arrive late and miss the tour will not receive a refund. 3. If you booked "Hotel Pick-up Option" Hotel pick-up starts 1 hour before tour time. This means: we will pick you up approximately between 7:30–8:30 AM. (not exactly at 8:30AM.) Your guide or driver will be holding a signboard with your name. - The pick-up time for each hotel will be informed by email between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the day before the tour. Kindly check your email to confirm your hotel pick-up time. 5. We advise not booking if you have a flight on the same day. 6. Cash is highly recommended since most stalls do not accept cards. 7. As Thailand can be very hot, bring a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, an umbrella, or a small fan for comfort. 9. The tour ends around 5:00 PM at MBK shopping Center, depending on traffic. (Private Tour option ends at your hotel)
