Itinerary

1. Civic Center
Start your tour in the Civic Center, home to some of New York City’s most iconic and historic government buildings. You’ll see the elegant New York City Hall, which dates back to 1812 and remains one of the oldest city halls in the country still in use. See the Manhattan Municipal Building, an architectural gem symbolizing New York’s ambition and growth. Your guide will bring this area to life with stories of political drama, city planning, and the legal landmarks that shaped NYC.
Duration: 10 mins
2. Brooklyn Bridge
Get ready for one of the most unforgettable walks in the world — across the Brooklyn Bridge's famous wooden boardwalk. As you make your way over the East River, you'll be surrounded by amazing views of Manhattan’s skyline, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn waterfront. We’ll stop at multiple scenic points for photo opportunities that are perfect for Instagram or framing back home.
Duration: 25 mins
3. Dumbo
Once across the bridge, you’ll arrive in DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass), one of Brooklyn’s most vibrant and photogenic neighborhoods. Formerly an industrial district, DUMBO has transformed into a cultural hub full of art galleries, tech startups, and cobblestone charm. Your guide will point out iconic filming locations and give you insider recommendations for shopping, dining, and exploring post-tour.
Duration: 10 mins
4. Dumbo Manhattan Bridge View
Stand at one of NYC’s most iconic photography spots — the Manhattan Bridge framed between historic brick warehouses, famously featured in movies and travel guides. This is your chance to capture a perfect shot with the Empire State Building neatly centered through the arch of the bridge. Your guide will also explain how this bridge compares to the Brooklyn Bridge in both history and function.
Duration: 15 mins
5. Jane's Carousel
Stroll along the Brooklyn waterfront to discover Jane’s Carousel, a beautifully restored 1922 merry-go-round housed in a modern glass pavilion. This area offers panoramic views of the skyline and bridges, creating a magical blend of old-world nostalgia and modern urban design.
6. Fulton Ferry Landing
Travel back in time to when the Fulton Ferry was the only way to cross between Brooklyn and Manhattan. Before the bridges were built, this spot was a major transportation hub — and the landing point for millions of immigrants and commuters. Stand where history happened and take in the breathtaking sights of the Manhattan skyline as boats glide by on the East River.
Duration: 10 mins
7. Time Out Market New York
End your tour at the stylish and lively Time Out Market, a curated food hall showcasing some of NYC’s best chefs, restaurants, and culinary experiences — all under one roof. Whether you’re craving gourmet pizza, international street food, or artisanal desserts, this is the perfect place to relax and recharge after your walk. Your guide will share recommendations and insider tips for what to eat and how to continue exploring DUMBO on your own, including how to get back to Manhattan via ferry, subway, or a scenic walk.
