Please text us at 787-435-8830 with your Booking Reference number & email before tour date to send you a Pure Adventure confirmation email with detailed info. - RESTRICTION: Max weight PER PERSON is 240 LBS. NO EXCEPTIONS. To assure weight restriction is met, guests will be weighed on-site. - Guest must arrive 30 mins earlier than the starting time to find parking & to sign waiver. - All guests must be able to row and maneuver their kayaks by themselves, must be able to get in & out of the kayak on their own. - Transportation may or may NOT be available. We can't provide transportation for same-day reservations. Please text us at 787-435-8830 to see if transportation is available. Transportation is an additional cost NOT charged at the time of booking. - Assistance on the DATE OF THE TOUR after 5 pm 939-268-5514 -Office hours 9 am -5 pm - Pregnant women CANNOT do this tour. -Guests that arrive at a different location, are unable to find transportation and unable to do the tour no refund or rescheduling will be done. - Due to the limited amount of space and the time and effort our crew has put into each of our tours we will not make any exceptions regardless of the cancellation reason. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: Tours still ON with rain. It is still safe and the water will still glow under the rain. Guests that decide not to do the tour or are no-shows will NOT receive a refund. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION: Guests are expected to follow instructions at all times and maintain respectful behavior towards other guests and the crew.If guests do not comply with the safety rules and behavior Pure Adventure reserves the right to end the participation of the guest at any time. SPECIAL NOTE: Keep in mind that bioluminescence is very unpredictable and a natural phenomenon that is influenced by several factors, which can't be controlled, nor predicted. Pure Adventure can't be held responsible in the eventuality that the bay doesn't light up.A tarp may be used.
