• The boarding point for the Alcatraz ferry is at Pier 33. You must redeem your tickets at Stop 1 (Big Bus Tours Visitors' Center) one day before or by 9:30 AM on the day of your Alcatraz visit.
• The Chinatown digital walking tour redemption instructions: Scan the QR Code at Stop #1 (Big Bus Tours Visitors' Center) and head to Stop # 3 (North Beach / Chinatown) to begin your tour. You can start and pause your tour at any time.
• A free mobile app is available to download for live updates, bus locations, maps, and more.
• The Day Tour (Red Route) takes about 2 1/2 hours for a full circuit if you do not hop off the bus.

Description

Discover San Francisco in the evening from an open-top, double-decker bus departing from Big Bus Visitors' Center (Stop 1). The tour travels through the Embarcadaro, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, and across the Bay Bridge to Treasure Island for stunning views. Includes multilingual audio guide and a courtesy shuttle to Union Square. Please note that this is a nonstop panoramic tour and not a hop-on hop-off tour.

Redemption Instructions

Please proceed to the Big Bus Tours Visitors' Center, 99 Jefferson Street (Stop 1), at least 20-30 minutes prior to tour departure and look for staff with a Big Bus logo. Present your voucher to receive your physical ticket.
