Redemption Instructions

You can activate your ticket in one of two ways: 1. Download the Big Bus app and use your Tour Operator Confirmation Number on this voucher to add your booking and activate your ticket when you are ready to travel. You can then board the bus at any Big Bus stop on the route. 2. Present your printed or mobile voucher with a Big Bus team member at any stop on the route during operating hours. We recommend beginning your tour and activating your voucher with a Big Bus representative at the BIG BUS & DUCK counter located at Suntec City Mall (3 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City Mall Tower 2 #01-K8, Singapore 038983). If you are coming by train, please alight at Promenade Station (CC4 / DT15) & take Exit C. If you are coming by taxi/PHV, please set your drop off location to Suntec City Tower 1 & 2.
