Pickup Information

Our team will reach out through WhatsApp. Please make sure you have WhatsApp installed, and please keep your lines active and open to avoid no-show. Our pick up window is from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Please be ready at your hotel lobby, reception area, or along the main road. Each stop allows only 5–10 minutes of waiting time, and all pickup times are approximate. If your Panglao accommodation is located on a narrow or rough beach road that is inaccessible by van, we will inform you and assign a nearby pickup point—typically along the main road. For guests in Tagbilaran, please wait between 8:30 and 9:00 AM at the Mario's Cafe (in-front of Caltex Gas Station Junction Bridge), or at the coffee shop in front. Driver details—including name, contact number, and plate number—will be provided before the trip. If you have a Philippine-based mobile number, the driver will call and text you directly. Otherwise, the driver will reach out via online messaging platforms such as WhatsApp. Please keep your lines active and watch for the color and plate number of the vehicle during pickup. Our tour offers two itinerary options: one follows the itinerary indicated above, while the other includes visits to the Tarsier Conservation Area, Xzootic Animal Park, and/or Bohol Cultural Village instead of the National Museum of the Philippines and the Philippine Tarsier Sanctuary. If any changes are made to the itinerary before the tour, you will receive an email notification in advance. The tour duration may extend beyond the stated duration due to the no. of participants in the shared tour and the volume of visitors at each destination. We are not liable for any missed flights, ferry departures, or scheduled activities beyond the duration.
