Redemption Instructions

Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. please text the reservations team at least 24 hours before your tour at +1 (775) 382-2816 with your confirmation number to confirm your pickup location and time. -Please review the contents of this voucher carefully upon receipt, and contact us if there are any errors or omissions made during reservation as soon as possible. -Please arrive at the designated pick-up location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time and look for the tour bus with the National Park Express logo. -Present your valid photo ID to the tour staff. -Only one carry-on luggage (no larger than a backpack) allowed per guest. Any additional luggage is subject to an extra fee of $10 each. Staff reserves the right to refuse additional luggage not booked in advance. -In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control. Tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of such events. -Children 1 year old or under, not occupying their own seat (lap child) and not exceeding accompanying adults may participate at no charge. Travel Tips: -Please dress according to the time, season, and weather of the activity date. Comfortable outdoor shoes are strongly recommended. -Sun protection recommended for sunny days: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. -Please keep belongings on you at all times. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items. -Since the time of the tour could be delayed due to weather or other circumstances, please do not plan other time-sensitive activities near the scheduled conclusion of this tour.
