Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Treasure Island Tour Bus pick-up Area is on Mystère Dreams Ave, formerly known as Sirens Cove Blvd, West of Valet and Starbucks, and will meet at the yellow curbed sidewalk. Additional pickup locations are available: please contact National Park Express to request an alternate location.
Redemption Instructions
-Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. -Please review the contents of this voucher carefully upon receipt, and contact us if there are any errors or omissions made during reservation as soon as possible. -Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses. -Present your valid photo ID to the tour staff. -Only one carry-on luggage (no larger than a backpack) allowed per guest. Any additional luggage is subject to an extra fee of $10 each. Staff reserves the right to refuse additional luggage not booked in advance. -Service may be refused to guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be issued. -In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control. Tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of such events. -Children 1 year old or under, not occupying their own seat (lap child) and not exceeding accompanying adults may participate at no charge. -Tours require minimum participation. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule, alternative experience, or full refund. Travel Tips: -Please dress according to the time, season, and weather of the activity date. Comfortable outdoor shoes are strongly recommended. -Sun protection recommended for sunny days: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. -Please keep belongings on you at all times. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
