Redemption Instructions

Barcelona Card can be collected from both terminals at Barcelona Airport or several locations in the city center. You must collect the pass between 8:30am-7:30pm. Turisme de Barcelona Redemption Points: 1. City Center Tourism Office located at Place de Catalunya, 17, Basement. The office is in front of the famous El Corte Ingles Department Store. Open Daily 8:30am - 08:00pm 2. Barcelona's Cathedral Tourism Office located at Pla de la Seu (In front of the Cathedral). Open Monday, from 9am to 4pm. Tuesday to Saturday, from 9am to 5.30pm. Sunday, closed. 3. Barcelona Airport Office located Terminal T1 (next to the chapel) and Terminal T2B (in front of the Arrivals Hall). Open Daily 8:30am - 7:30pm.
