• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

2 Options given; 1 only tickets, 2. with transfer. If you have taken option One, then ticket will be sent to you by email / whats app and you can redeem it at below address: Address: 2 & 4, ICONSIAM (Piers, 299 Charoen Nakhon Rd, Khlong Ton Sai, Khlong San, Bangkok 10600. If you have chosen option 2 with hotel transfers then you will be pick up from your hotel lobby at 5:30 pm. - Once booked, the operator will inform you of the exact pick-up time via email one day prior to the travel date. - You must provide your hotel details at the time of booking, failure to do so may result in cancellation.
