When it's open and the timing is right, we may step into a genuine working chocolate atelier to see what really goes on behind the finished bar. If we're lucky, you'll watch chocolate being made from the humble cacao bean all the way through to the finished bar — the melting, tempering and moulding that most people never get to see. Because this is a real working space rather than a fixed exhibit, it isn't always open or in production, and your guide will decide on the day whether a visit is right for the tour.
