Redemption Instructions

! YOU NEED A VALID DRIVER LICENSE! It has to be shown in physical form on site. ARRIVAL 20 MINUTES BEFORE TOUR START PLEASE. DEPOSIT/INSURANCE/GROUP DISCOUNT: A security deposit is required in the event of damage to the vehicle caused by your own negligence (e.g. due to inattention). This deposit is normally €1,500 or a reduced rate of €500 per vehicle. A credit card will be charged with the deposit on arrival – the amount is merely blocked and not debited. If you do not have a credit card, you can also pay by debit card. This payment will then simply be reversed after the tour. This is, of course, subject to no damage having been caused. REDUCING THE DEPOSIT: Before setting off, you have the option to reduce the liability limit to €500 by making a one-off payment of €20. In the event of damage, therefore, only the €500 is payable, regardless of the total cost of the damage. If the damage is less than the deposit, the difference will be refunded. We are always fair and transparent regarding the actual costs in the event of damage. GROUPS: A group is only ever required to pay a deposit of €3,000 – regardless of whether there are 2 or 12 riders. If the optional reduced deposit of €1,000 is chosen, all participants must pay the one-off additional fee of €20 for the reduction. RAIN/BAD WEATHER: - If it rains, we will cancel the tour for safety reasons and try to rebook the tour at the earliest opportunity. If that´s not possible, you will receive a refund. - Due to road works, rush hour traffic or major events, there may be deviations from the tour.
