Redemption Instructions

Hotel pickups commence 30-90 minutes prior to departure time. Please contact El Tigre Cruises for accurate pickup time and location 24 hours before tour start time. This tour requires a waiver to be signed to participate.

Pickup Information

Please contact us to arrange pickup as early as possible after booking if required. (Pick up is not available from everyone's accommodation) We CANNOT guarantee pickup arrangements if we are contacted within 18 hours of departure of this tour. If you are making your own way to our dock you will need to arrive 30 minutes before start time for check in.
