Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

We recommend that you request your pickup at least three hours in advance of your flight departure time. Please provide us your mobile phone number with the correct country code. For sedan vehicles in Barcelona, a maximum of four pieces of luggage is allowed in total, regardless of size. If your booking is for more than four passengers, this restriction does not apply. We use a range of vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private taxis.

Pickup Information
