• Should call 02439262328 (Operator Hotline 24/7) or Whatsapp +84968242956 (Tracy Vu) to confirm this booking, pick up time and pick up point • Please come to No. 9 Hang Huong Street in Hanoi at around 7:45-8:00 to be picked up if your hotel is NOT located in the Hanoi Old Quarter Area, Hoan Kiem distrct, Hanoi. • Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat • The itinerary could be changed due to the bad weather condition • Kindly note that it crowded in Bai Dinh and Trang An after Lunar new year from Feb until Mar so sometimes you have to do queue to take boat trip • Itinerary could be slow down due to traffic condition • Sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable shoes are recommended • Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking • There is only one drop off point (Thang Long Water Puppet Show Theatre). If the tour departs on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, most of the streets in Hanoi Old Quarter do not allow vehicles due to the Night Market on the weekends.  In that case, there is walking only. • If you book Private Tour, Surcharge 15usd/pax if you travel during Lunar New Year from Feb 4th 2019 to Feb 8th 2019. Kindly pay directly 15usd/pax in CASH for tour guide when he/she comes to pick you up.
