Redemption Instructions

For your Desert Safari Dubai experience, please ensure that you carry a valid booking confirmation either in print or on your mobile device at the time of ticket redemption. Guests are advised to present their Desert Safari Dubai ticket at the designated meeting point or upon pickup from their hotel in Dubai. To enjoy a smooth check-in, kindly provide the same ID used during booking. Redemption of your Dubai desert safari tour ticket must be completed before boarding the vehicle for activities such as dune bashing, camel riding, sandboarding, and other inclusions of your Dubai desert safari package. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to avoid delays and ensure your Desert Safari Dubai adventure begins on time.

Pickup Information

For your convenience, we provide free pickup and drop-off services from hotels, residences, and selected locations across Dubai and Sharjah. Pickup is usually scheduled between 2:00PM – 2:10PM, depending on your location, and our team will confirm the exact timing one day before your tour. Travelers are kindly requested to be ready in the hotel lobby or at the designated meeting point at the given time. For those staying outside the city or in distant locations, we can arrange pickup from a central meeting point in Dubai (extra charges may apply for remote areas).
