• You must contact Vienna Sightseeing Tours at least 24 hours before departure to arrange your pick up from selected hotels: office@viennasightseeing.at or call them +43 1 712 46 83. • Please show your voucher printed or on your mobile upon boarding the bus. • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility to cancel the tour after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative tour or full refund. • Regrettably, most tours are unsuitable for wheelchairs due to inadequate access to ancient historic sites. At least one person has to accompany the wheelchair and be able to give active assistance when necessary. • Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.
