Redemption Instructions

• Please show your voucher printed or on your mobile upon boarding the bus. • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility to cancel the tour after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative tour or full refund. • Regrettably, most tours are unsuitable for wheelchairs due to inadequate access to ancient historic sites. At least one person has to accompany the wheelchair and be able to give active assistance when necessary.

Pickup Information

Please note that hotel pick-up is only possible from selected hotels. Please contact our office by mail at least 24 hours in advance to check if your hotel is one of them. Please note that the hotel pick-up takes place 30-60 minutes before the start of the tour.
