Meeting and Pickup
In the Carrefour de l'Europe square under the columns of the main entrance of the train and metro station, in front of the Hilton Grand Place hotel. Our guides will be wearing ID of Buendia Tours.
Redemption Instructions
Departure time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. The coach leaves promptly and cannot wait for late arrivals. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Tour date and selected option: Please check that the date, time, language, and selected option (Guided or At Your Pace) are correct. The At Your Pace option does not include guided walking tours. Boat cruises and beer tastings are only included when stated in the selected option. Included activities: The voucher will indicate whether your selected option includes a guided walking tour, boat cruise, and/or beer tasting. Important: Children under 2 years old must travel with an appropriate child safety seat, as required by Belgian law. Children without a suitable seat will not be allowed to board the coach. Luggage and strollers are allowed. Luggage can remain on the bus but is the customer’s responsibility.
