Meeting and Pickup
This experience is done with self-check-in, so you must go to the train station and board directly with the train tickets that we will previously share with you.
Redemption Instructions
• Please, be at the check in point 15 minutes before departure time. • Not wheelchair accessible. • There is a minimum of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund. • It’s essential to arrive well in advance of the train’s departure time. The train’s departure is fixed and will not wait for delayed passengers. If you fail to arrive on time, you will unfortunately miss the entirety of the tour, and no refund will be provided. We recommend planning with ample margin to avoid any inconvenience. • Full name of each passenger and Passport/ID number is mandatory to confirm the booking. • The departure time will be coordinated on trains between 07:00 am and 08:00 am. Please provide a valid telephone number or email when you confirm the booking, in order to contact you at least 48 hours before the experience to complete the pre-check in the process. Please remind that our customer service hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
