Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

● All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own ● Double trailers for toddlers and tag-a-long attachments for young children are not permitted on electric bikes ● No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present ● Ebikes only suitable for ages 14 years or older ● Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes. ● Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com with a screenshot of the problem.
