Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Town center, at one & only traffic light in Bled (Union bus station - very convenient if arriving to Bled with the bus). NO free parking available if coming with your own car.
Redemption Instructions
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Not recommended for pregnant women • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for participants with back problems • No parking available at our office. - Group size: A minimum of 6 guests is required for the tour. - Passenger heights must be provided at the time of booking, with a minimum height requirement of 150 cm. - Child seats or trailers for children or pets are not available. - The tour operates in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately, as no refunds will be issued in case of adverse weather. - Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be accommodated, refunded, or allowed to reschedule.
