Meeting and Pickup
We are located 5 minutes from the Pemex Pirámides gas station. One day before your reservation, we will send you a message with the exact location via Google Maps and the time you should arrive.
Pickup Information
IMPORTANT: Please enter your address if it doesn't appear automatically, so we can verify if we offer pickup at that location. One day before your flight (after 7:00 PM), we will contact you via WhatsApp or Viator to confirm the pickup time and location. Please wait patiently for this message. PICKUP DETAILS • Time: Between 4:20 and 5:10 AM (depending on your location). • Service Area: Downtown Mexico City (Roma, Reforma, Historic Center, Polanco). • Grace Period: Maximum 5 minutes. If you are not ready on time, you will need to make your own way to our facilities in Teotihuacan to join the tour. If your accommodation is in areas such as Coyoacán, Santa Fe, or the Airport, we will offer private transportation (additional cost). Otherwise, your meeting point will be at the Angel of Independence, where our group transportation will pick you up. - Important: We always prioritize assigning you to the first available time slot. In case of high demand or operational changes, you may be assigned to the second. We will notify you in advance via WhatsApp or email. • Second available time slot (if assigned): Pick-up between 5:50 and 6:00. We will let you know if this applies. GROUP BOOKINGS -If you booked separately but wish to fly together, please notify us at least two days in advance. You must also select a single pick-up location.

Itinerary
1. 4:30 am - 5:00 am - Pick-up at your hotel or Airbnb in Mexico City. After picking up all travelers, we will travel to Teotihuacan.
2. 6:00 AM - Check-in: All travelers will be asked for identification (ID), their weight will be taken, and you will be assigned the balloon in which you will fly. 6:10-6:30 AM - Coffee Break: You will have time to enjoy coffee, cookies, and receive safety instructions. 6:30-6:45 AM - Time to take photographs while enjoying the spectacle of the hot air balloon inflation process. 6:50 AM - Your magical hot air balloon flight over the Teotihuacan Valley will begin. The flight duration is 30 to 40 minutes, depending on weather conditions. 7:50 AM - Upon landing, we will have a toast, a tradition when flying in a balloon, and you will receive a flight certificate as a souvenir. (Landing may take place on various types of terrain, including vegetation, trees, and confined spaces, always accompanied by expert pilots and properly trained support personnel to ensure a safe landing.) After landing, we will be back to reception.
3. 8:50am - We'll head to one of the most impressive restaurants in the Teotihuacan Valley for breakfast. You'll be inside a natural cave with a spectacular view. A truly divine experience.
4. 9:45am - We will visit an artisan cooperative where we will receive an explanation about the culture of Teotihuacan, the uses of the maguey plant, you will learn about obsidian and have tastings of artisanal liquors made in the region.
5. 10:30 am - We will visit the Teotihuacan Archaeological Zone. You will spend 1.5 to 2 hours here, depending on the group's decision. (Entrance to the archaeological zone is NOT INCLUDED) You have two options for visiting the archaeological zone: 1. Visit the site on your own. We will inform you of the pick-up time and location. 2. Enhance your experience with a certified guide who will explain the history of Teotihuacan in detail. This service is NOT included and has an additional cost of $300 MXN (16 USD) per person. Afterward, the entire group will meet to return to Mexico City.
6. Between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, we will be arriving at your hotel in Mexico City. IMPORTANT NOTES: - Times are approximate and may change depending on traffic, weather, and the day's logistics. - If you wish to end the experience before the last stop, you will need to arrange your own return to Mexico City, as this is a shared tour. - Please be aware that the balloon flight depends on weather conditions, and therefore the direction will depend on the wind. We cannot guarantee flying over the pyramids. However, we fly over them 90% of the time. - A guide at the Teotihuacan archaeological site is not included. This is an additional service. - La Cueva restaurant has specific opening hours (8:30 AM), so we may have to wait up to 40 minutes for it to open. To avoid this wait time, there may be modifications to the itinerary to ensure a smoother tour.
