The service only applies to hotels in tourist areas of central Mexico City. Your hotel is not listed? Contact us and we will gladly help you identify the nearest pickup point. If you book the option without transportation, you must arrive at We Fly Teotihuacan on your own. - The shuttle service is shared with other travelers. We will tell you the arrival time a day before. Remember that if you booked the option without transportation, we will share the location of our reception (We Fly Teotihuacan) a day early to arrive on your own. If you booked the tour with transportation, we will come directly for you to your hotel or Airbnb in Mexico City.
