Meeting and Pickup
If you choose the option "No transportation" you must arrive by your own means to our offices and/ or our Globo Puerto. Don’t worry, one day before your flight in Globo we will contact you and send you the exact location.

We will pick you up directly at your accommodation, as long as it is located in Reforma, Condesa, Roma Norte y Sur, Polanco or Centro Histórico. It is important to note that transport can be shared, depending on the day’s logistics. A day before your Balloon flight our team will contact you, it is important to leave your mobile number. (WhatsApp). Don’t forget to post your exact location. We will be in constant communication to make our meeting easy and quick. Any questions feel free to consult us, we are here to serve you.
