Ticket+Tour guide(Foreigner): For foreign guests only. English-speaking tour guide + entrance ticket. Only available for tourists with foreign passports. Meeting point: Meet infront of Kapok Hotel （东华门木棉花酒店)，Address: No.16th. Donghuamen road, Dongcheng district. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes Booking within 6 days: We recommend booking your tour as early as possible. Otherwise, international visitors may need to queue up at the entrance. Note: : Visitors from mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are only accepted for bookings of 8 days in advance or longer. Pickup included

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Please ensure you and your party members' full name (must match your passport) and passport number is provided and accurate upon booking. • Passport is required for all travelers on the day of travel for direct entry(After you received the confirmation message from us, your passport number will be your entrance ticket)

Pickup Information

If you have booked stand‑alone tickets only, please proceed to the Meridian Gate security checkpoint on your own and present your passport for entry. If you have selected the Forbidden City group tour option, please arrive on time for the meeting at the entrance of Kapok Hotel Donghuamen. Late arrivals will not be admitted to the Forbidden City.
