• There are different tour options on our product page, so please read carefully for the Tour Option Description on your ticket/voucher to confirm what you have booked. • The pick-up time will be sent to you one day before your day trip starts. If you haven't received the pick-up message before 19:00, contact the supplier anytime via phone 17833138727 or 029-85236688. • If your hotel is beyond our free pick-up range, you may need to get to a meeting point or pay extra for the pick-up. Your travel consultant is ready to help. • On the tour day, please make sure to bring the same identification (e.g. passport) that you offered us to issue the entrance tickets. • About Tiananmen Square: If you tour happens to meet some national events, Tiananmen Square will not open to visitors, and there is no notification to us in advance. In this case, we will replace it with a visit to the Jingshan Park. • The itinerary schedule or sightseeing order may be adjusted according to the traffic on the tour day. • Public Holidays: Please aware there will be large crowds and heavy traffic in Chinese public holidays like May Day from May 1st to 5th and National Day from Oct 1st to 7th. We will do the best to arrange the tour.

Pickup Information

Free pick-up from hotels within the third ring road of the Beijing city. The exact pick-up time will be informed one day in advance. Additional mini vans will be arranged for hotel pick-ups to save time. For hotels beyond our free pick-up range, you can go to a meeting point or pay for extra miles.

Tickets to the Forbidden City require a real-name reservation 7 days in advance and are easily sold out, so you are advised to book the tour as early as possible. Otherwise, international travelers will need to line up at the entrance to buy tickets.

We offer free pick-up within the Third Ring Road of Beijing, beyond which there will be an extra charge, so we suggest you book centrally located downtown hotels. Please get ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes in advance of the pick-up time confirmed with you a day before. No-show is non-refundable.

Please provide the correct passport information for booking the real-name tickets. Make sure to carry the same identification when travelling; otherwise, you’ll be refused entry by the scenic areas.

Group Size: About 12 people. There are chances that 10% of the tour groups will exceed 12 people but we’ll make proper arrangements.

Departures are guaranteed with two persons from Mar to Nov and three persons from Dec to Feb.

Since the Forbidden City is closed on Mondays, we’ll arrange Summer Palace instead of Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City.
