Pickup Information
If you booked the option without transportation, we will share the location of our balloonport a day early so you can arrive on your own. If you booked with transportation, we will pick you up directly from your hotel, location or Airbnb in Mexico City. Pickup time is from 4:10am to 5:00am in Mexico City to arrive in Teotihuacan at 6:00am on the first flight time. For the second flight schedule, the schedule is from 6:00am to 6:30am in Mexico City to arrive in Teotihuacan at 7:30am. NOTE: Remember that we are subject to availability, prioritizing whenever your experience is made on the first flight schedule. If there is a high demand, you will be notified that your flight will take place on the second flight schedule.

Itinerary
1. 4 : 00am - 6 : 00am : We will pick you up from your hotel or location in Mexico City (only if you selected the option that includes it) we will contact you one day before your activity to indicate the exact pick-up time between 4 : 00am and 4 : 40am.
2. 6:00am - 8:00am: You will arrive in Teotihuacan and record your visit, you will pass to our terrace where there will be coffee and cookies, we will wait for your balloon to be ready, then you will go to your balloon and you will have time to take pictures. Start your flight in Balloon with a duration of 35 to 50 minutes depending on the weather conditions. Upon landing a toast is made with sparkling wine and a flight certificate is given, we return to the offices if you want to purchase a photo package (extra cost).
3. 8 : 00am - 9 : 00am : After the hot air balloon flight, we will go to eat at a restaurant located under a Natural Cave! an incredible and unusual experience. (only if you selected the option that includes it) where you will try typical food of the Teotihuacan region and Mexico.
4. 9 : 00am - 10 : 00am: You will visit a cooperative of artisans where they will give us an interesting explanation about the culture of Teotihuacan, obsidian, maguey, precious stones and a tasting of typical drinks of the region.
5. 10 : 00am - 11 : 30am : You will have up to 1.5 hours of free time to visit the Teotihuacan pyramids on foot, we recommend walking on the causeway of the dead and taking pictures in front of the stunning pyramids of the sun and pyramid of the moon. Access ticket included.
6. 11:30am - 1:00pm: Finally, we will drop you at the same location where we picked you up, always in expectation of traffic conditions and likely closures for marches, marathons or public events on CDMX that are very common, in case you have more activities you can change the location where we will drop you off but you need to notify us in advance.
