Meeting and Pickup
Travelers who choose the "Balloon Flight Only" option should arrive at the balloonport on their own. The location will be sent one day before the activity. Upon arrival, the Vive Vuela team will welcome you and provide assistance during registration.

Show the driver the reservation ticket, to corroborate the names.
Pickup Information
Pickup is included from most hotels located in the Historic Center, Countess, North/South Rome, Polanco, Reforma. Please be ready in your accommodation lobby at least 10 minutes before the confirmed time. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by email or WhatsApp the day before the tour (between 18:00 and 21:00). If your accommodation is outside the pick-up area, we will indicate a nearby meeting point. (Angel of Independence)
