Meet inside the main lobby at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. The tour starts at 2:30 PM. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early at 2:20 PM. Your guide will be waiting for you and holding an Eat the Castle sign.

1. Be a few minutes early and meet inside the Main Lobby of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. A sublime food and beverage pairing await at the heart of the hotel at Rundle Bar with its chic Art Deco decor. Next up is Grapes, where you'll sample delicious flatbread perfectly paired. Head to 1888 Chop House for a signature dish in the hotel's signature restaurant. In the Vermillion Room you'll have a chance to learn from a chef and taste another great pairing before heading to your last stop, Stock Food & Drink, for a decadent dessert and locally roasted coffee. Along the way, you’ll engage with the culinary team, enjoy stories of the history, art, and architecture brought to life by our guide. Soak up the luxury of our small group private access (no more than 12). Leave having experienced the royal treatment at the "Castle in the Rockies," the majestic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel - one of the world’s most iconic hotels, a National Historic Site in a world UNESCO setting.
