Redemption Instructions

Collect your official tickets directly in front of the Borghese Gallery, where our staff will be waiting to assist you, holding a light blue “INSIDE OUT ITALY” flag. -Please download the “POP GUIDE” app before arriving and bring your own headphones (if it's the option selected). You will receive the login credentials via message the day before your visit. The audioguide is a digital app on your own device and covers the highlights (not every artwork). Physical audioguides and headphones are NOT included. -All visitors (including free admission) must have a reservation to enter. If reduced tickets are not available, adult tickets will be issued and the price may be higher. Some artworks may not be on display due to loans or maintenance. -Bags larger than 21 × 15 cm are not allowed in the museum areas; a free cloakroom is available.
