For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

-Please note that we will send via e-mail the confirmation voucher to be converted to the entrance ticket. -At the Pitti Palace- Boboli Garden ticket Office show the voucher you received via e-mail and these will give you access to the entrance tickets. -Do not forget to check your inbox as the voucher can be sent by e-mail only. -Please be aware that entrance time can be subject to Museum availability - for this reason this will be reconfirmed once booking is done. If the selected time is fully booked, you will be contacted and another entrance time will be offered. Otherwise you will get full refund.
