Free hotel pick up & drop off from your hotel located at Kuala Lumpur City Centre (5KM from KLCC). An additional surcharge for hotel pickup outside 1km radius from the city center is applicable and payable on the day of your activity.

Bring along a jacket as temperatures up in the mountains can vary between 15-32 degrees Celsius

For shared transfer early or late pick-up is possible (Pick-up time 8.30 AM - 9.30 AM)

Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick-up time

We will return from Genting Highlands at 4:00 PM. Our driver will inform you during the tour, so please be ready and arrive on time at the designated meeting point.

If the new Genting Highlands cable car is closed for maintenance, the old cable car will operate (with limited stops), and temple visits may be affected. Operations are managed by Genting and are beyond our control
