Meeting and Pickup
This tour meets at our Alexanderplatz shop, located at the base of the giant TV Tower (Fernsehturm). You can find us on the north side of the tower between the Alex Café and the entrance to the TV Tower. The address is Panoramastraße 1a, 10178 Berlin.
Redemption Instructions
• Comfortable clothing recommended • Please contact tour operator in advance if you need kids' bikes or equipment • Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com with a screenshot of the problem.
