For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

You must indicate the time you would like to eat. Keep in mind this is subject to availability and space. Ticket provides direct entry; But it is necessary that you send the time meals that you prefer before that you arrive if you paid the ticket with meals Lunch Times: 12pm to 1pm, 1pm to 2pm,2pm to 3pm. Dinner Times: 5pm to 6pm, 6pm to 7pm, 7pm to 8pm. It is incase that you pay with meals. Because it is a day pass at a fixed location, transfer is not included. If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. If you arrive after 3:00 p.m., the hot springs will remain open until 10:00 p.m.. Please be aware that the admission fee is the same regardless of your arrival time. For this reason, we are unable to accept complaints or requests for compensation related to the amount of time spent at the hot springs. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you. If a customer does not arrive at a place, it will be NO SHOW and we do not apply for a refund.
