Redemption Instructions

1. Hotel pickup and drop-off services are available within the 4th Ring Road of Beijing City. If your hotel is outside of the area, you may book the additional transfer with us or go to the meeting point by yourself. 2. The tour guide will contact you through hotel or leave a message for you about the exact pickup time the night before tour. 3. The Forbidden City opens for booking 7 days in advance, and could be sold out very soon during peak season. For the last-minute booking, we will contact you for a backup plan if ticket is sold out. 4.
